Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 pound of slivered pork (thinly sliced pork used for hot pot)
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
1 bunch of chives, cut into 1 inch pieces
Directions:
Heat vegetable oil in skillet over medium high heat. Add ginger and cook until sizzling about 30 seconds.
Add pork and cook, stirring frequently, until the pieces are cooked in about 2 minutes.
Add the chives along with salt. Stirring until the chives have wilted about 3 minutes. Plate and serve immediately.
