Kimchi Fried Rice

This is a simple yet very satisfying dish. For midnight hunger, many people may prefer ramen but I like kimchi fried rice. I also like to add a fried egg over easy style with a runny yolk for extra yum.

 Ingredients:

1/3 cup of chopped kimchi

1/2 teaspoon of cooking oil

1 bowl of rice

Few slices of chopped pork (or any type of meat of your choice)
