Ingredients:
3/4 cup of rice
3 quart of water
Directions:
Rinse and drain the rice.
Bring the measured water to a boil with rice in pot in medium heat uncovered.
After 20 minutes.
After another 20 minutes.
Serve congee with your favorite accompaniments.
